How and within what time frame can I return my order?
You have 30 working days from receipt of your package or collection from a relay point to make your return. The products must be returned in their packaging with the original labels in a condition allowing their immediate marketing.
I made a return, when will I be refunded?
Upon receipt of your package, our services have 14 days to process your package. Once your order is refunded, you will receive a confirmation email.
The time before being recredited is then determined by your bank and the payment method used during your purchase.
How will I be reimbursed?
Once your return has been made and the package has been processed, you will be reimbursed using the same payment method as that used during the purchase.
We invite you to consult your bank account or your Paypal account within the following 10 days to verify that your reimbursement has taken place.
Can I make an exchange?
It is not possible to exchange an item purchased on our online store.
However, you can return your item for a refund, and recommend the one you want on our site.
Do you reimburse delivery costs?
If you return your entire order, we will also refund the original delivery costs.
If you only return part of your order, the original shipping costs are not refunded.
Outside the Metropolitan France, Corsica zone, return costs are the responsibility of the customer and depending on the carrier chosen.
